- JBJoseph BurketOct 2, 20211.0I have lived in McConnellsburg for 3 years and have had issues with USPS since moving here. Lost packages, package redirecting when the address was in properly. Fighting to get packages and mail. Some of the staff is nice but this USPS is poorly ran. I am scared to order anything online that says it will deliver USPS out of fear that I'm never going to receive my packages. Sometimes I don't get an option and get very hesitant but give it a try because I want my stuff. Again and Again I struggle to receive anything and have gone into the facility and everyone just seems confused and has no idea where my packages are. I've gone to the degree of filing reports to the USPS Inspector General. Because I've tried to be nice and professional about this for years but quite frankly I'm tired of it.
