Of course, there's no need to give customer service when there isn't any competition is there? These two post offices could not even coordinate well enough to help us forward our mail. After FIVE WEEKS we've received mail TWO TIMES. I've never seen such incredible incompetency or "give a crap" attitudes. How these people have jobs is simply beyond me.
