I then ask for them to start an investigation. i wasn't safe leaving that office posing my concern and something has to be about it.

They won’t allow you to pick it up even if they’re in possession of it. Wish companies would stop using usps when other services/companies are available to use. Hate this place.

This one just wastes your time and provides awful customer service. I waited a few minutes at the counter, rang a bell for service several times and even yelled “hellooooo”. Nobody came to the counter within 5-10 minutes. So I left. Just beyond disappointed, I won’t return here.
