- SOsherry OckerFeb 7, 20261.0Doesn’t even deserve one star. Try calling the place at any time during regular business hours & you’ll be unsuccessful getting anyone to answer. It just rings and rings. No answering machine, no answering service, no human. Only reason i reached out was bcuz i scheduled a pickup the day before WHICH WAS NEVER PICKED UP!! Came home from work nd the box was still sitting on my porch just the way i left it when i left for work that morning. This has happened to me twice now. Smh
