It wasn't, but Mike at the Manchester location went above and beyond what I had expected to give me the location and get my package in my hands the same day. He cLlalled me back more than once, spoke on my behalf to get the premissions I needed to pick up my belongings. I cannot express my gratitude to have someone like this to help me. Thank you, Mike.
