- SRscott reachardNov 26, 20251.0Absolute worst shipping experience I've ever had. Needed documents shipped to my daughter in Gatlinburg, TN. Shipped documents on 11/22, for a guaranteed deliver by 8pm on 8/24. Did not arrive, was not notified there was a delay. contacted ups was told it was in knoxville. ok not ideal, but her appt was in knoxville, maybe can make it work, can she pick up in knoxville, no, can't do that, will be there by 9 pm 11/25. it's now wednesday 11/26. package is still not there. It did not get to knoxville until 5AM 11/26. It was still in Pennsylvania on 11/25. Not only did it not arrive when it needed to we were lied to about where it was and when it would arrive. I can understand things go wrong, but own up to it, be transparent and honest and work for the best resolution possible after a problem. Have to give 1 star because not possible to post with 0.
