- JCJoseph CortesNov 17, 20251.0I had a VERY important piece of certified mail. I wasn't home to receive it, so I went online set up for redelivery the next day. It was a Saturday and did not show up. I called Monday and they weren't sure why it did not get delivered. They said to sign the original notification and put it in the mailbox and they would deliver it on said Monday. Well when I checked the box, the notice was still there and no mail at all. Perhaps I did not have any mail that day, but I was told on the phone that the carriers would be informed and would deliver it. NOT! Super inconvenience for me. Pathetic. As of this writing , still don't have it. Going to the facility direct and deal with it.
