Polite, kind gentleman worked today. He was really laid back, but not lazy. Just had a mellow, relaxing atmosphere about him.

The teller stayed open a few more minutes for me to send a package to a friend. He was very kind and considerate of my situation. He did mention that the store hours did change. I mentioned that the GPS and the website hours and Google were all different. He was very nice and I was thankful that he helped me.

Terrible customer service,, Rude, not helpful nor could care less about his job BUT kept saying he’s “been doing this a long time” when I would ask innocent questions about different methods of sending my package. He Asked me for the first letter of the street name that I was sending it to and the ZIP Code. I don’t know what happened. I barely got to see the label. He printed it’s so fast slapped it on the package and threw it in the bin behind him.
Currently, it’s a week later and my package did not get to the center because of insufficient address and it’s coming back to me!!!!
Oh, and the tiny little country post office smelled like marijuana!!!!!

Rude when I got there. Got there before 1 but she said closed. My package already had a label. Just needed receipt. Never mind the fact the building is by no means even closely ADA compatible. Walking up those steps is not the easiest to do on a prosthetic.

I meant to get the clerk's name while I was there, today but someone came in right after the clerk finished with my transaction. She was above and beyond in more ways than one and was very understanding, professional, and amiable in solving my problem. I can only give 5 stars; if I could, I give a 100 times that. Thx, so much!
