- JPJ PDec 20, 20221.0The ‘clerk’ refused to take my $20 for the purchase of a book of xmas stamps saying she already had to make change for a $20 once today. She told me “I am not a bank “ ! Drove to Gallitzin post office and the man there had no problem giving me change. Loretto clerk is very rude and unaccomodating.
