Wish I can change post offices to the pocono lakes one instead, sadly I'm stuck with the horrible service we get.

- NPNicole PrussmanMay 13, 20191.0Substandard work ethic. Frank is an appalling manager. We had to contact Consumer Affairs to get our issue resolves and what do we find out. Consumer Affairs corrects our issue in 24 hours while Frank couldn't manage to get to it in over a month. Numerous packages were returned to sender because they were to lazy to deliver them properly. This post office is a perfect example of how the USPS needs to be replaced. They are substandard to say the least.
