The person working the front was incredibly dismissive and claimed he did not have one of the packages, I literally have proof stating it's available for pickup till tomorrow. I would have picked all of my packages up sooner if this location wasn't constantly closed. One of my two Old Navy packages were found. The person in the front brought my package up and it was covered in an unknown substance. I refused the package as I had them delivered here to have peace of mind from damage. This is absolutely disgusting. At this point I consider this theft, as I have proof stating the one "missing" package was delivered. I have been having packages delivered here for a few months, never once have I been rude to your employees. This is beyond disgusting.

I then immediately drove there, when I got there (about 8 minutes later) they told me they couldn’t rebind the books because their big cutter didn’t work. Firstly that’s a pretty important item to be out of commission at a copy shop, but secondly, that was the whole point of calling first was to make sure the could do it!

But she is always the nicest, helpful and is always looking for the best rate she can for me! Personally, I didn’t feel she deserves a raise.😊
