THE WORST!!! Arrived at 11:50pm. Got met with an attitude right off the bat because I did not have a label already made. I explained I thought they generated a label or gave me one to fill out based on level of priority of mailing. Then explained I was mailing to deployed soldiers and got another groan because now that caused him to have to work in filling out customs info in computer. Tells me I have to fill out custom form first and make a label. Then adds I should go online and do the label and all the custom work and bring it back in so all he has to do is scan it. I ask for a piece of printer paper to make the label and the custom form. He then proceeds to tell me I have to step outside the room because only one customer at time is allowed in BUT there is no one else there AND then adds “and ya better hurry because I’m closing in five minutes for lunch”. HORRIBLE customer service with government employee who doesn’t want yo do any work. Will NEVER return.

This post office is a joke. How do you have business hours but all go on your “lunch break” at the same time. Wouldn’t it be smarter to have one person continue to work the counter while everyone else goes to lunch or has that not been suggested yet? The customer service is a joke, I honestly see why the USPS hasn’t been profitable in years with terrible employees like the ones found here.

Horrible service. Tylish was talking through her ear piece while tryna assist me so I didn’t know whether she was talking to me or the person on the phone. When I asked her to give me her undivided attention she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. I will go to locust street office for now on. Hire ppl with some customer service please!
