He continues to go around said box to prop packages against an outward swinging door with sinage that says "STOP DO NOT PLACE PACAGES IN FRONT OF THIS DOOR." MIL has almost fallen several times exiting as they can not be seen and she trips over them. Filed complaint with USPS and will continue to do so until this stops.
