- CLCHRISTENE LRMJan 3, 20265.0Had an issue with a package coming from overseas. It went to Harrisburg then re-routed to Alabama, then NY. It was traveling all over the country for no reason. This was one of my daughter’s special anime merch and she was concerned. So, for practice (she has autism and she’s younger and needs to learn how to handle issues herself) I had her call the USPS 800 number. They promptly looked into it and put it in the capable hands of the Lewisburg post office. The Lewisburg staff, and postmaster, called her numerous times to give her updates and were able to get it back to Lewisburg in record time. I couldn’t be happier with how accommodating and friendly they all were with her on the phone. Well done guys!!!!
