Most of the time when a package gets shipped to me, they claim to "not be able to access location" and hold it at the post office (no problems with UPS or Fedex deliveries). There has also been times where they claim to have delivered the package but don't actually deliver until a day or two later. Heaven forbid you actually use the "forward mail" service (you'll be lucky to receive your mail at all).
