This post office is filled with a bunch of incompetent workers who could care less if your problems get resolved. I’ve been in here 3 times in the last month trying to get my address change set to receive my mail and nobody has helped properly. What a joke of an establishment

Great passport service. Lionel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I missed walk-in time and he was taking lunch. He could have refused to help me, since I did not make it in time window for walk in. However, he came to help me right away during his lunch. I have to say the best experience for passport service compare to other post offices I went to. Lionel is an asset to this location. Thank you Lionel.

Beware Of this Location!! This particular Location does not have any cameras whatsoever! On the inside or the outside, So if your package mysteriously disappears somehow misplaced , unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it!! Management will do the bare minimum to rectify, or investigate, & will imply that there is no funny buisness going on here and they will basically brush you off to their claims department which will only cover the Maximum of $100.00 for “Lost packages” no matter the value of the contents, Through Priority shipping, So here is the back story I went into this location to send some medical supplies to a Medical Company that I do buisness with, The range in cost for the medical supplies range from $750.00-$1,000.00 which I typically do on a frequent basis, The Medical company pays for the Priority shipping + lost & or damage insurance, The medical supply company typically reaches back out to me within 2-3 buisness days confirming of receiving the medical supplies, so on this particular day I boxed and taped the package together like usual most times I take the Adhesive priority Sticker and place it on the package myself this day I did not which I thought nothing of it because when I don’t they normally just securely adhere it onto the package for me in front of my face after weighing the package then proceeding to give me a receipt with a tracking number, This day I had a young man late mid20s- mid 30’s that I see on the regular here at this location he waited on me at the register after relieving a co-worker from the register and weighing scale, As the relieved co worker was walking away she complimented & mentioned the cologne I was wearing so I briefly looked her way to say thank you within 5-10 seconds the young man postal worker that was waiting on me Craftly and fastly took the package off the scale and threw the package in a sorting bin when I seen this I was intrigued on how fast he did it so I said to him “Wow your fast you put the Priority Adhesive postal Sticker on the package Quick I didn’t even see you do it” he looks at me and shrugs in confirmation and mumbles like “yeah“ so I thought nothing of it he then proceeds and gives me the receipt with the tracking number even with the weight of the package on the receipt, 3-5 days go by I still didn’t hear anything from the medical supply company which I thought was odd with a paid Priority Shipping label, I waited another 2-3 days, I tracked the package so I thought, which it said it was delivered so I reached out to the Medical supply Company inquiring on why didn’t I receive confirmation or a notification that they have received the package, The owner of the company reaches back out to me to inform me that they did not receive a package Only the adhesive Priority Shipping label that still had the adhesive backing within a empty envelope, which concerned the Professional Medical supply company because they knew what they were expecting to get from me and what had transpired with the delivery and the package was odd and so the medical supply company & I got robbed out of $750.00 -$1,000.00 in medical supplies and only getting $100 back through a claim after Paying for priority shipping . I totally understand mistakes happen but let’s be clear here this was no mistake and tactically thought & carried out and The Young Man “Postal Worker” knew exactly what he was doing and if he did it to me that easy like it was normal like The company and I would take such a loss and not report it tells me this wasn’t his first rodeo opportunist behavior BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!
