Dropped the ball multiple times, missed an important date and when I messaged them, the response was from Ronald the "Customer Experience Lead":
"If you would like to be added to a cancellation list for the technician we can add you, but will need a call to get updated availability."
So they fail as much as they want and they don't care. Unprofessional!

Worse company ever! Scheduled a delivery for a Wednesday morning. Was called and told that date won’t work and only available time slot is Friday 11-2pm. I told them that’s fine as long as they are out of the house by 5pm. Received confirmation email at 12pm that my item was picked up 25 minutes away from my house. By 2pm there was no delivery, no response from delivery driver, and when I called to inquire I was told that if I need them out by 5pm then I will have to pay them to come back. Stay away from this company. If you buy anything and the store assigns this company, demand a refund and buy somewhere else.
Edit* they stopped answering the phone. I called them and nobody answered for 10 minutes. I called from a different number while the other phone was ringing, and surprise! They answered. Terrible business.
