- JCJohn ChipegoDec 5, 20251.0Awful! I am surprised that Dicks Sporting Goods uses this company. Basically wasted a day waiting and on top of it they lied to me. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and reschedule. I had to call them. Still don’t have a rescheduled delivery date. Called Dicks who were sympathetic but didn’t really help except being happy to refund my money. The point is I want the fitness equipment and not the money. My advice, stay clear of this company and rent a truck and assemble it yourself! You’ll thank me! The only the reason I gave them even one star was because the service rep, Brooke, was very nice and really tried to help.

- RPR PescJun 22, 20241.0Dropped the ball multiple times, missed an important date and when I messaged them, the response was from Ronald the "Customer Experience Lead": "If you would like to be added to a cancellation list for the technician we can add you, but will need a call to get updated availability." So they fail as much as they want and they don't care. Unprofessional!
