- MMMeg-alicioustoday1.0I was doing a small item Amazon return, and after waiting 3-4 mins for the rep to come from the back (she did acknowledge me by saying she’d be “right out”), I asked for a receipt of the return being submitted. She stated there is was receipt to give, so I pushed back asking for a submission of return receipt as I have had this location claim I don’t drop some something off for Amazon before and it took almost 45 mins with Amazon support to get my return issued. She then mocked me with a “pssh are you really worried about it” as she looked to the customer behind me to bring him in on the mockery. It may have only been a $6 keychain, but it’s an accountability thing if it gets lost, I have proof, which was something I didn’t do before, and I already stated what happened in that case. Just not a good experience…

I have had to make 2 trips, more than once, because an employee told me they weren't taking my Amazon return. Next day, different employee, no problem. They can easily return my package. Please get rid of all your lazy employees who don't know how to do their job. Enough competent people could work in the UPS Store, happily. I will take my business to Staples.
