This store needs to do an internal retraining policy. Their staff makes up “ company” policies so that they can be difficult. In all of my years of mailing packages, three times they made mistakes that actually cost me a lot of money. Whomever owns this store needs to go back to work or close the store if they can not hire staff that can be at least kind.
