This store needs to do an internal retraining policy. Their staff makes up “ company” policies so that they can be difficult. In all of my years of mailing packages, three times they made mistakes that actually cost me a lot of money. Whomever owns this store needs to go back to work or close the store if they can not hire staff that can be at least kind.

I watched her be rude to a old lady who had a language barrier. Then she yelled at another woman on a different occasion and called the police on the woman for no reason after she refused to assist the woman who had shipping questions. This is not a welcoming location for all people and I refuse to go there when the lady is behind the counter.
