I think he needs to go for some customer service training! My mail carrier, on the other hand is amazing! He delivers every package right to my side door! Very friendly and always pleasant to chat with. My dogs love him! 🙂

When I called the post office to complain they advised that the mailman is under no obligation to pick up outgoing mail. If this is the case, what service are my tax dollars funding?
- JEJenn EngleJun 12, 20165.0It's hit or miss with this post office. I had a very delightful experience with the manager and a clerk (it wasnt one of the usual ones, I had never seen her before). After spending much time trying to help me find my missing package it turns out My package had accidentally went out to be delivered when I have a PO box. Not only did they call the mail carrier to see what time he would be back to the office, they took my phone number and ACTUALLY called me when he got back with my package! Most of the time, service is mediocre at best at this post office, but I was pleasantly surprised by this experience.
