- RHRaja HayajnehNov 13, 20254.0I’ve had several visits to the Leechburg USPS office, and overall it’s a solid and reliable location. The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. The service is efficient, and most of my packages have gone out smoothly without issues. The building is small but clean and organized, making quick errands easy. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait times can occasionally be a bit longer during peak hours, and the parking situation can get a little tight. Still, it’s a dependable post office, and I appreciate the team working there.

The post truck driver was so lazy that they left a message saying that they couldn't deliver it because "could not back down the driveway" how lazy can you possibly get? I requested a redelivery for the package and once again, nothing. When I went to the post office the next day they claimed that there was no one willing to sign for the package. There were 2 people at the house literally waiting for the package to arrive. I paid a good amount extra to make sure I got the package for a 2 day delivery and they screwed me over without a partial refund or even an apology at minimum.
- JHJamie Silicki HelzlsouerAug 24, 20171.0Lousy customer service--according to the USPS tracking, my package arrived at the PO at 10:13 am; went there at 3:30 that same day in hopes of picking it up before leaving on vacation the next day since my mail was going to be held, and this lazy lady at the counter claimed it wasn't there but never even bothered to go back and look (when it really was there the whole time)--finally did manage to pick it up the next morning on my way out of town but could have had it a day sooner and saved myself a second trip had that lady taken a few minutes to check in the back for me
