  This was my second time here in a week. Both times David was working and he was very helpful and had very good customer service. There was no line both both times I got there when they open because I’m not a patient person..lol

  I for most parts go here for Amazon returns and they are wonderful, nice staff and very helpful. Also is really a fast process of returning.

  I came to this store 2/1/2026 around 12:15pm to get a shipping quote there was a long line. I was on the phone with my friend. I did have my phone on speaker I did not realize how loud it was when she asked me where I was at. I turned the volume way down. The employee unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was a tall skinny older gentleman grayish white hair who yelled at me and says you need to get off your phone I don’t need that in my life right now. In front of about 6 customers I was in the back of the line. I told him I’ll go else where he said yeah go somewhere else and I said oh I am have a great day and slammed the door open to leave. That was extremely uncalled for. I am your paying customer that you just lost! I understand for a brief second my phone was loud but I immediately turned it down. There is a nice way to tell me to get off my phone although again I feel there was absolutely no reason I had to because HE didn’t need it in HIS LIFE right now. I will be reporting him and I will be going somewhere else from now on.
