In that time, I waited for the guy probably a half hour to fix the problem/ get it going again. The dude that was supposedly helping me print my job said that these printers aren't really meant for large print orders and that they need to be submitted online. He canceled it and then said we aren't going to be able to finish it tonight. He said maybe they could get it tomorrow or the next day but I need it for tomorrow. The office superstore is a joke 🤣. He literally canceled my job after it had a paper jam.

I had a bridal show at the American Bridal & Wedding Expo at the Lancaster Convention Center on November 16th. I was very impressed with the way that the team tried to achieve my needs of the colors of my postcards for the show. They spent extra time and tried very hard to finish my project. Thank you so much for their efforts. I appreciate it.

Everything is easy to find, neatly displayed and the store itself is clean. The managers at this location are always very helpful and seem to handle most of the customer service because it seems Staples, like many other retailers these days, has dramatically cut back on their part-time help. You can at least get help at this location unlike many of the other locations in the Harrisburg/ Lancaster regions. The Lebanon Staples is often out of my way but I know I won’t leave here disappointed. The store manager, Matt, is extremely helpful. He always seems to be nearby and ready to answer any questions I may have.
