I listened to him shame and rudely "educate" people on how bad we all are with making returns. He was condescending, disrespectful and flat out rude to everybody in line including me. Zero customer service skills but 100 on hating his job. I was shamed for having my returns in amazon bags. He was annoyed, sighed, rolled his eyes. He refused to throw away my amazon bags and I wasn't allowed to use their trash can..... that was already filled with amazon bags. What a clown. I would suggest a new line of work for this guy. One where he doesn't have to deal with people. You will know him if he helps you. He will shame you, educate you then say the phrases," in my training.", or "I've been trained in xyz." I wont be back.
- TTTiaOct 28, 20255.0BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They go above and beyond! A couple weeks ago I had ordered invitations from Walgreens and they couldn’t do the size I needed. I called this ups location in Latrobe and spoke to Chad. He talked to me about my options and helped me create my invitations to the size they needed to be. He even pulled up my order in Canva and made adjustments to get it perfect! I was on a deadline to send them out and he helped me get them out same day! The Latrobe UPS is by far the kindest and quickest store I’ve been to! Will definitely keep going back!
