- CBCrystal Bloomfieldtoday1.0I am extremely frustrated with the situation that has occurred at this location. My business dropped off over 100 packages that had UPS/USPS SurePost labels. The packages were accepted, scanned, and taken by the post office without anyone informing us that these packages were supposed to be brought to UPS first. Instead, the packages were scanned and sent into the system, and now they appear to be somewhere within the network with no clear answers on their whereabouts. As a result, my customers have been waiting over two weeks for packages that were shipped on time, and my small business is now dealing with angry customers because of a mistake that could have been prevented at the counter. In addition, the way some customers are spoken to at the front desk is extremely concerning. The tone and treatment toward Black customers has been noticeably disrespectful and unprofessional. No one should feel dismissed or mistreated when simply trying to ship or track their packages. This situation needs to be properly investigated. Small businesses rely on the postal service, and when errors like this happen without accountability, it causes real damage. This has been one of the most frustrating shipping experiences we have ever dealt with.
