The clerk insisted I visit the Springfield post office, despite me telling her that my package was reportedly kept in this location. She even refused to look up my package's tracking number and told me straight up that it wasn't here. After visiting the Springfield location, the kind woman told me that it was actually in this location! Thanks to the incompetence of the staff, I wasted my lunch break and didn't even receive my package to boot. Let's hope the clerk actually decides to look up my package this time tomorrow. (not counting on it though!) Edit: They lost the package! And I have to do the legwork myself to get my refund! How thoughtful of them!
