Online it says they accept walk-ins for passport on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Went there in person to confirm and was told the same thing. Today, Tuesday I was there with two kids (that I need passports for), trying to manage the time between daycare, school and work. The postal worker said let me check, was gone for about five minutes, came back and said “we do not accept walk ins for passport today”. They simply don’t care about people or doing their job. Very frustrated.

Hands down the worst post office in the area. The worker with the beard and glasses along with the lady do not know the rules and check your envelopes. They try to up charge your mail by saying something is non machine-able when it’s in fact not the truth. When I explained the postal rules to them they both say oh I guess I’ll just take it. Don’t trust this post office. Post master train your staff better. If there are nothing liquid, battery explosive or flammable in my standard envelope it’s not your business to ask. This just allows your workers to steal mail.

The lady who delivers packages always leaves the outside door of the apartment complex CLOSED! The door never opens from outside because of her inconsiderate self!

Dropped a prepaid labeled package off as this location. Not 1, but 2 of the employees paused me as I was walking out to confirm that it was okay for the package to be accepted by them. It was the Saturday before the snowstorm at around 2:50-ish PM. I know because I texted my mother shortly after about how quickly I wanted to leave because a customer clearly had the flu and I was thankful for hand sanitizer in my car. Would love to know where my clearly white and red strawberry bagged package ended up. It still hasn't been scanned. When I went today the gentleman with dark hair and a beard said it ended up at the Philadelphia facility, but couldn't help me beyond that. It's a gift for someone who has been unwell.

I came in today, 1/13 during the posted passport walk-in hours (Tuesday 11:30–1:00) listed on the USPS website, fully prepared with all my documents, just to be told no walk-ins were being accepted because the passport clerk wasn’t available. Several of us had rearranged our workday based on that info, so that was really frustrating. This isn’t my first issue with this location either as they previously “lost” one of my large shipment boxes, told me it had been sent back to the sender (which was me), and only after I opened an investigation did they suddenly find it sitting there the whole time. Between the disorganization and the unprofessional communication, this location is really hard to deal with. They seriously need better communication and clearer policies.
