I placed a tracked and insured package in a blue postal box and the package was never scanned and it never arrived at its destination. I went to the post office and they had no packages that had a damaged label. How else would it disappear if it was not stolen?

The staff member—a young lady who was watching her phone on one of the corner counter—was extremely rude and unprofessional when we simply asked a few questions regarding our passport renewal.Instead of providing help or even a basic level of courtesy, her tone was dismissive and impatient throughout the interaction. It made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. We left feeling frustrated, unheard, and frankly, disrespected. It's unfortunate that a service meant to support the community is being represented this way. Basic respect and kindness go a long way, especially when dealing with the public. However, we were later assisted by a gentleman regarding our passport, and he was a complete contrast—very kind, soft-spoken, and helpful. We truly appreciated his respectful demeanor and willingness to assist us patiently. I truly hope USPS management looks into staff conduct and ensures proper customer service training is in place.
