Never ever use this location, second time they have scammed me. First time they charged me $150 for a box they said they needed to ship my return in. Next day I got a photo of the return shipped without a box. Now they lost a $1700 package they claimed never made it to the store. They are now telling me I signed for it before it says it was delivered and they verified my identity upon pickup. How to I sign for a package that was never in the store while I was at work? They claim I signed at 1240pm Friday but it wasn’t scanned by the driver until 1242pm as being delivered. All weekend they told me the package was never in store. Now they are telling me they verified my ID as the pick up person.
