- CCcmschreffler1 day ago1.0What a joke, walked up to the girl on the right side and asked for help on shipping and she told me what to do. When I go to the employee on the left she tells me I picked the most expensive choice and it's too late. So literally paid more money after asking an employee for help! Ridiculous!

The customer service there was not really friendly and seemed to have a negative attitude towards helping me. They were laughing in the process, made me feel like I shouldn’t have asked them for help. I don’t really go to the post office much, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going to this post office ever again. It made me feel uncomfortable with asking the two ladies for help. It just seemed like they didn’t want to help me. Hopefully they can improve their customer service and be more professional in the process. God bless.

- BABeartown Sportsmans AssociationMar 21, 20261.0Packages regularly go missing at this facility, or they take extremely inefficient routes—leaving the area, going out of state, then bouncing between Harrisburg and back here multiple times before finally being delivered locally if it make it at all. This level of inconsistency and lack of reliability is unacceptable for a service people depend on. It reflects poorly on the operation and raises serious concerns about how things are being managed. The service quality at this location is far below what should be expected.
