Lori was knowledgeable, super helpful and very pleasant! She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. This while juggling another ~20 customers that were in and out during my time there, during the worst part of the year for postal workers. Thank you so much Lori!

The lady behind the counter insisted I needed to buy a bag there to send it in and refused to send my package even though it’s already paid for. There was no option other than spending money on their bag. Why??? This is the worst post office!!
