Love the passive aggressive sign. This after months of having the outdoor drop boxes closed. Who knew that customer satisfaction was their #1 goal? EDIT: now an hour and 35 minutes for lunch to increase customer disservice. And the rates are going up for the holidays. EDIT: lunch breaks are now almost two hours long. Sorry for the inconvenience? Really? Closing when many people are trying to run errands on their own lunch breaks? This is government for you! Paid well, great benefits, sub-mediocre work that’s unacceptable. I cannot wait for the day where it’s self service. Wants stamps? Put your credit card in and it spits them out. Need to mail a package? Place it on the scale, pick your service and pay. Simple!
