I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee named Bharat Patel. My recent experience with him was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He was rude, dismissive, and made comments that came across as insulting and even discriminatory. When I went in to inquire about my passport, I didn’t have all the answers to his questions right away. Instead of assisting me with patience, he responded in a condescending manner, saying things like “Are you dumb?” His tone and behavior made me feel belittled and unwelcome. Even though I did not have an appointment and simply walked in to ask if assistance was possible, he could have explained the policy politely. Instead, he rudely pointed to the board and told me they were closed, despite being right there and capable of explaining in a respectful way. It seems he may be dealing with personal issues, but regardless, his conduct towards customers is unacceptable. Multiple people have also mentioned similar negative experiences with him, which makes this a recurring concern. I strongly urge management to review this matter and address his behavior. Customer service roles require respect, patience, and professionalism, and he should be reminded of the importance of treating people with courtesy and humility.
