It was shipped to an APO box in the US to be delivered to our military family living in Europe. The counter person asked what was in the box, and I answered toys. He at no point told me to describe and itemize each item in the box. The fee was $40. The box was not delivered because each item had to be listed on the form. I was not instructed to do that when I shipped the package. The counter person should have told me to do that, after all, that’s the point of shipping with them because they know and you don’t!! Today, they said they would need to charge me another $40. I will find another way to ship it. I won’t use Centerville UPS again. I felt ripped off.

The first two times the notary wasn’t available, and when I came back the third time I was admittedly a little frustrated—but the associate’s response was completely uncalled for. He actually called me “smug,” which is not how customers should be treated under any circumstance. I wasn’t looking for anything more than basic help and respect. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience
