  I do all my Amazon returns here, never a line, just pull up, plop it on the scale, and you’re out. Passport photos can be done here as well, let em snap a pic of your beautiful face!! and if you don’t like that pic cuz your ears look funny in that position… they’ll be more than happy to give it another go, these guys are patient and outgoing! And if you gotta shred paper- this is where you go! 99 cents a pound! I honestly don’t know why people need to shred stuff, why can’t you just throw it in the garbage, or burn it?!? What needs to be shredded? Idk although maybe I’ll stop by and shred a couple pounds just for fun, maybe that’s the reason ppl do it- just for fun! And don’t forget abt printing… y’know those pics your sister makes using ChatGPT, well now’s your chance to print em up in all their glory, present it to her and receive tons of brownie points! Kol tuv!

  Rude and threatening UPS Store manager, This location is close to my home and as a senior citizen it "was" a convenient location. Many times I've ignored the elderly male employees curt, unprofessional tone. Today I was told by "Justin" the manager that I should not return to their location as a customer, lol, because I stated to him that the elderly employee was not friendly at times and I assumed he was aware of this fact. From the reviews I've read today, it's clear he does know of this problem. Today when Justin told me not to return as a customer, he said "He's my dad", as he glared at me with contempt. Because the manager Justins elderly father is an employee at this location and is curt and rude at times, it appears to be nepotism ahead of professionalism at this location, very clearly. Is it legal for the manager of a, The UPS Store, to turn a customer away permanently, very rudly, to cover a customer complaint, I doubt it. I won't be returning my business to this, 1390 Columbia Ave. Lancaster PA, location, they don't deserve my business and I refuse to be insulted, threatened verbally and treated very unfairly. The UPS Store 3413, insults paying customers, at will, and their misogynistic and threatening managerial behavior is not professional or acceptable, UPS. Get rid of these bad store owners quickly, The UPS Store, for the sake of the good paying customers of Lancaster PA benefit, The UPS Store. As you can see, Justin, the UPS manager made a false statement here already, using my first name to try to intimidate me, obviously. I made no snide comments last week in the store. I simply stated that they hired a new employee saying "a new friendly employee, nice!". I don't find that to be a snide comment. This manager has serious issues. Today, as soon as I walked in the door, he glared at me and was frankly very frightening.. he said that the comments I made were very upsetting and that I should no longer use their store. I hadn't even said it was his "dad" when I walked in the door. It was when I was leaving the store, I wanted to clarify the innocent comment I made. I quietly said "I was referring to him, and I assumed you were aware, as I pointed towards his "dad" quietly. He was so angry and mean, he said.. "that's my dad and the young woman last week is my niece.. and that is her grandfather". I was frankly shocked this afternoon by a deranged manager at The UPS Store who obviously is very unhinged.
