I came in around 6:12 PM (they close at 6:30 PM) to return a few Amazon items. There was only one other customer being helped when I arrived, so it wasn’t busy. The owner was very short and dismissive throughout the process. One of my items needed a box, and while I completely understand there’s a $1 tape fee and certain return requirements, his tone was unnecessarily rude. Instead of calmly explaining what was needed, he kept repeating “you need a box” without offering clear guidance until I figured it out myself. For another return, I accidentally had the Whole Foods return code instead of the UPS one. He just repeated “Whole Foods” several times instead of explaining that I needed to cancel and redo the return for UPS. The whole interaction felt rushed, and it made me really anxious. I finished everything within five minutes, and while another staff member kindly smiled and wished me a good night, the owner said nothing — even though he was training someone new. It’s disappointing because this location is close to my home and very convenient, but I wish they were kinder and more patient with customers. A little courtesy goes a long way.

He and the team gave me a public shaming with such enthusiasm! I teach anger management courses and I thought to make a referral. UPS should close this location as it's an embarrassment to the brand. These reviews say it all. I sent Justin a letter asking for an apology but it's been crickets. I gave his staff gift certificates because I felt sorry for them working for such a tool. Shame on you Justin.

Poor customer service I went to the one on Oregon Pike. They said nothing about a fee for taping a box which shows you either the "owner" is bias or he doesn't know how to treat people in general probably need a NEW OWNER just saying
