    I got some thank you letters for our company printed at this Staples location today and I wish I remembered the name of the lady who helped me but she was phenomenal! The letters were on card stock and were printed with a white border which I didn't want. I wasn't going to even worry about it but she insisted that she will take all 250 letters and trim off the excess white border to make them look better. It took her an additional 20 minutes but she did it no problem! She obviously cared a lot about the store's work and reputation. She is an amazing employee and the letters turned out great!

    I was very satisfied with the customer service and end product of booklets I had made at the Lancaster Staples. Color was excellent and a very professional look for a reasonable price.

    Anytime I need something printed Kevin is the best!! Always in communication if I upload something bad and he has an overall wonderful approach with customers. He is the reason I keep coming back to his store. Thanks Kevin for always being amazing!
