  That are absolutely horrible and incredibly unprofessional!!! They could not take care of a simple wire transfer of the proceeds from my home in a timely manner. I was told by Tim it would take approximately 3 hours for the transfer to take place. I proceeded to schedule the settlement on my new home accordingly, as I needed the proceeds from the sale of my home to settle on my new one. I took guardians account department 5 hours to complete this simple transfer. Beyond that the receptionist was rude and Tim was just belligerent. Tim told me prior to settlement not to bother calling him that day about the wire transfer unless 3 hours had passed. Over the course of waiting 2 hours at settlement, wasting everyone time, Tim lied to me and the folks at my realtors office multiple times. He lied about the time the transfer was sent, twice. He could not even make a simple phone call to the accounting department to even check the status. He gave us an incorrect contact number for his boss and threatened to hang up on me when I wanted to know why he couldn’t tell me where my thousands of dollars were. I would recommend going with literally any other transfer service!!!!

  I would think carefully before I engaged this company. Multiple times I had to initiate contact with this company to get them to send me documents for a remote closing, with the title agent remarking rudely to me several times that I had not "overnighted" the documents to her--which is difficult to do since she later admitted she had never sent the documents in the first place. I then had to personally verify she had received the proper documents through multiple phone calls--which she said she had not although I had USPS confirmation she had until she found them on her desk. We then had multiple errors on our closing settlement sheets, and it required quite a lot of contact from me, the seller, to get these errors corrected, and to remove payments that had already been made to keep them form retaining funds to which they were not entitled. When called on this, the title agent postured a big attitude and demanded an apology for being "spoken to in a manner that was wrong" simply because she was asked to correct her errors. She asked our realtor to "take care of this person." Her unprofessional performance and drama caused us to direct them to have no further contact with us other than through our realtor. I know they have an A+ rating with the BBB, but that does not guarantee future performance.
