  They don't deliver, in an ideal world, USPS would only be used to send mail and not packages. They also do not have any way to notify us that they have our packages.

  If I could go lower than 1star I would. This post office arbitrarily decides what it is going to deliver. I recently have had 5 packages returned to the sender saying no such address exists, because my box number was not on the shipping label. I'll admit that was my fault, however I get junk mail and other mail without my box number in my box. So post office, you can't have it both ways and do what is easy for you. And the excuse that you have new people and it takes too much for them to cross reference is ridiculous. That's their job, to deliver all the mail, not just what is easy for them.

  My roomate and I moved from one house to another right around the corner,we live in a resort community,we have special mail boxes as with most resort communities. We still are trying to get our mail forwarded properely,first we went up face to face,my roomate put in a forwarding address.I did not, We were told we did not have to change our box,then we were told we had to change our box,then told " the post master we did not have to change it" Then we calledbecause mail was still being put in our org.mail from both addresses. I told them to put a note so mail would only go to our new address,and no mail for the old address,to this day this post office is still forwarding mail for both addresses,my God this is not rocket science fokes. who hires these people,trains them,my next step is calling the state post master general.
