Showed up to ship a package on saturday 10 min before lobby closed, after being sent there from another location. Walked in and they had already shut the security gates with 2 customers being helped. Hours listed state they are open until 11 am. Was told by the guy behind the counter they werent taking any more customers, "we have things to do in the back, sorry". 10 minutes before posted closing time?!?!?!? Explained to him i needed this package to ship today and all i got was excuses.
I wont go back to this location and will be filing a complaint with the postmaster general. Terrible customer service and misrepresentation of their hours of operation.

I was supposed to receive an item in the mail from eBay, when I didn't receive it in a specified date I tracked it and it said it was delivered, and I haven't received it!! It makes me wonder how much of my mail is going in the wrong box! I moved to PA from Ohio a year and a half ago and this is the second post office to screw up my mail,it's absolutely ridiculous!!

I had a package that went out for delivery. The post man / woman didn't feel like delivering it. So instead they said "We attempted to deliver your item at 12:58 pm on September 12, 2015 in KUTZTOWN, PA 19530 but could not complete the delivery because the employee did not have the appropriate credentials to access the delivery location. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day." The credentials that they would have needed would have been a little gumption to carry a 3 pound box from there truck to my door step. Happens to be a regular house with a porch 2 BLOCKS FROM THE POST OFFICE.
