- CHCheryl HahnOct 17, 20251.0Missing packages Usps states they were delivered to me and also put in my box- this is not true, We never received these packages. These packages are somewhere and when we try to pursue the Kunkletown post master is rude and just keeps saying they were given to ys and they were not. Why would we lie? I already got reimbursed from the company that sent them. How do they get away with this?

They needed to change the lock on my box and after a week of calling and being told it was going to be changed it finally was. Their excuse was "I was looked over". I called again because no mail has been delivered and after receiving informed delivery I know things should be coming. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY MAIL IS! A package was delivered so when she looked up the tracking number she said it was delivered. I'm not sure where they delivered it to but it wasn't to me, but yet they were okay with leaving a $800 check on the windshield on my car in the middle of the day when no one was home. GET IT TOGETHER! WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
