- NPNicole PJun 5, 20191.0I have to pick up packages at the post office the majority of the time. They rarely go down my driveway to deliver (just leave 'we missed you' cards), and when they do, they leave it in the center of the driveway beside a business where they can be stolen. I have a covered porch and they never knock or set it on my porch. One of the women in the office is always rude and never made an effort to correct the situation. I once called to have a package held, and then had to call three times after that for them to stop holding packages I never asked them to hold. The only positive experience was from a temp delivery driver around Christmas who actually drove to my house, honked to let me know, and got out to help me bring my packages to the porch. Whoever she was, she was great!
