- LBLori Ann BrownDec 19, 20251.0We have the most awful mail woman I’ve ever had in my life. We live over behind Dollar General and this woman smashes giant pieces of mail into our mailbox to the point that they are ruined by the time we get them out of the mailbox. After we have to fight to get them out!!!! Boxes for Christmas gifts are now smashed or ripped because of her. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. She needs to start bringing the packages to the door for the amount of money she gets paid. I’ve never seen someone so lazy in my life. It’s absolutely ridiculous and you really need to tell your friends employees if the package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, take it to the door!!!! You should be embarrassed that you have a woman like this working for you. We’ve complained about five times at the post office and it looks like they don’t care either, because they’ve done nothing to make this woman do her job correctly. It’s pathetic. if she’s not tired, maybe it’s time for her to retire. There are plenty of younger people who would do the job well and bring the packages that are too big for the mailbox to the door.!!!!!

And they said that they will need a whole team to load the package up. It’s 42lbs… 42lbs requires a team. Most incompetent post office in America

Our neighborhood has no issues! I mail packages with confidence, all questions answered correctly. Love the old historical building... a shame they cant add a ramp for the handicapped.
