    I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location. The other day while delivering packages, I was unexpectedly accused by a staff member of stealing birthday cards. I calmly and repeatedly explained that I had purchased the cards from Walmart, yet the accusation continued, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. In addition, I was told that my standard birthday card required nearly $10 in postage because it allegedly did not “bend enough.” The employee repeatedly bent the card in front of me to demonstrate her point, even after I asked her to stop out of concern that it would damage the card. Unfortunately, the card was indeed damaged when my cousin received it. When I respectfully asked if there was a more affordable mailing option, I was told, “a white male like you could afford it.” I found this comment inappropriate and discriminatory. I left and took my business elsewhere. Overall, the interaction felt hostile and unnecessary. I hope management takes the time to review staff conduct and provide additional training in professionalism and customer service.

    I was returning a package that is supposed to be free shipping. I forgot to tape or staple it the front. I was told to buy tape or another envelope. The guy had stapler and tape and would not let me use it. At UPS I never have this issue. They are super kind and even take care of the taping for you. This guy acted so rude and couldn’t help one bit. The service here horrible.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. A few months ago, it was my first time returning a package at this location. The employee back then told me I needed to tape the label onto my box, so I bought a roll of tape from them, used it, and kept it for future use. Today, I brought that same tape with me to return another package. When I got to the counter, the lady scanned my label, took the tape from my hand, and said, “You need to pay for that too.” I explained that I already purchased it a few months ago, but she started questioning me — asking when and from who. I said I didn’t remember the exact date but that it was during the summer. She then said that if I had bought it here, it would’ve had a staple on it. It’s not my fault that the previous employee didn’t staple it. After being accused like that, I told her she could keep it if she thought I hadn’t paid for it. She ended up handing it back to me, but at that point, I was already exhausted and embarrassed by how I was treated. This kind of attitude and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience over something so small

    My parcel was lost. I only had to wait 2-4 days. The parcel arrived only a month later. I ordered delivery to the hotel. I was at the hotel for 2 weeks. My parcel arrived 2 weeks later, after I checked out of the hotel. I was unable to receive my parcel. My parcel was at this post office the whole time and no one could deliver it to me. I went to this post office 3 times, but they didn't give me my parcel.
