It is now refusing certain Amazon returns shipped in manufacturers boxing unless you agree to pay them another $9 to put into another box - even when the Amazon website literally says “reduce your carbon footprint - return in manufacturers packaging”. The UPS store in Conshohocken is great and never any problems, well worth going there instead, night and day different experience. I am surprised they don’t invoice you 10 cents for the candy bowl by the door.
