  Went to do an Amazon return and a very kind worker by the name of Jess was super helpful and had great customer service will 100% be doing more business here in the future

  Dropped off prepaid packages and the employee seemed exasperated to do so. Left to get another package and they were clearly bad mouthing customers that were just there. Very unprofessional

  Unprofessional establishment. Teenagers sitting on their phones, rude employees with no managers present for more than 20 minutes. Not friendly and they do not follow policy. Takes forever, no service. Find another UPS.

  Terrible experience. They made me carry packages to the back of the store for them. Unprofessional and Lazy. That’s your job, not mine. The workers are incompetent and rude. Young girls who have no idea what they’re doing, sitting on their phones and IGNORING customers in the back. No customer service skills. The manager leaves and let’s teenagers run the place. Rolling their eyes with major attitude. This UPS is awful, save your time and money and go to another location.

  This UPS is so unprofessional. 2 teenage girls running the store alone. Asked me to carry packages to the back for her. Not friendly at all. Charged me 5$ to tape packages? Never once been charged for tape, so I said no I’ll buy my own roll to keep off the wall for 5$. The other girl sat on her phone in the back corner and ignored other customers. They looked so miserable and upset that I even came in. Will NOT be coming back to this location. Black hair curly young girl was incompetent and rude. Entitled, no respect, eye rolling, attitude. Should be fired.
