  Went to this store on 7/17/25. What a horrible experience. The two girls working had nothing but attitude and even one rolled her eyes at and elderly woman because she couldn’t find her return code. Didn’t even offer to help her. I won’t be going back here . I rather drive a little further and be treated nicely

  I was the first customer to arrive at this location this morning. I had several items to return to Amazon. Since it's the busy Christmas Season, I wanted to beat the anticipated crowd of customers. The woman that opened the store completely brushed me aside, when she saw that I had several items to return, & realized that I would need assistance regarding the technical aspect of the return process. I'm 66 years old & use a walker, so she instructed me to "go sit over there & pull up your codes", further stating, "I have all these people behind you waiting. I don't have time to help you with all that." She proceeded to motion to the other customers to come forward, at which point she began bouncing back & forth assisting several other customers at once. She was showing them how to print labels etc, while I sat there fumbling with the technical part of my transaction in my phone. I felt stupid & embarrassed by my lack of knowledge that she made loud & clear for all the other customers to hear. She outright refused to help me with it, after I ashamedly explained my lack of experience. Another male employee arrived at that point. She immediately instructed him to take care of more customers that were lining up, while she ran in between customers at the computers helping them print labels, continuing to completely ignore me. Finally, at 10 a.m., a third male employee arrived. He smiled & asked how he could help me when he saw me leaning on my walker by the desk. I'd been there for a whole hour! He immediately took care of ALL of my returns with ease, in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind, respectful & compassionate. He softly apologized for my having waited so very long for help. That female employee needs some instruction about her job responsibilities. She could also learn a lot from her much younger, 5 star coworker about patience & understanding.

  The store is great however the address is not accurate. They are located next to Big Lots in the building on the right next to Fox Pizza.
