- CBCheryl BartholomewDec 8, 20235.0Went on-line today for JT Lehigh St post office hours…shocked to read negative reviews! 3x/week I ship priority packages. The counter clerks are wonderful with their counter duties & they always exchange positive greetings. Absolutely agree…understaffed…like so many public & private establishments. Plus, the busy/backed-up traffic of downtown JT during touristy months makes loading/unloading trucks & carrier cars extremely challenging. Overall, it is always a pleasant experience interacting with the post office staff…they are fun, light-hearted, and professional.
- CDC DocMay 28, 20231.0Not a week goes by without a letter or package going missing. Frequently we get other people's packages and mail in our Rural box.We hand deliver it. Not my job but feel it's the right thing to do. This week a $100 order was missing for 5 days even though tracking showed it was delivered. Numerous contacts with Ebay, PayPal, and seller very frustrating. Going POSTAL. One has to wonder how many peices of mail are never delivered to the right people. How do these people have a job Postmaster?
- TJTori JosephineFeb 13, 20211.0Whoever the new carrier for Marty axman is incredibly unprofessional. I received a notification I had a shipment in my parcel box but no key. I went to the post office where I was told I must have dropped it on the ground when pulling my mail. I knew I hadn't since I hadn't gotten mail since the delivery. I ended up checking all of the parcel boxes and my package was in one with the key still in the door for anyone to be able to get Into and take my package. This is just one more problem with this particular post office from rude and nasty tellers to missing and jammed packages. Please do better.
