The counter clerks are wonderful with their counter duties & they always exchange positive greetings. Absolutely agree…understaffed…like so many public & private establishments. Plus, the busy/backed-up traffic of downtown JT during touristy months makes loading/unloading trucks & carrier cars extremely challenging. Overall, it is always a pleasant experience interacting with the post office staff…they are fun, light-hearted, and professional.
- CDC DocMay 28, 20231.0Not a week goes by without a letter or package going missing. Frequently we get other people's packages and mail in our Rural box.We hand deliver it. Not my job but feel it's the right thing to do. This week a $100 order was missing for 5 days even though tracking showed it was delivered. Numerous contacts with Ebay, PayPal, and seller very frustrating. Going POSTAL. One has to wonder how many peices of mail are never delivered to the right people. How do these people have a job Postmaster?
- EEERApr 20, 20231.0This is got to be the worst Post Office in the area to deal with. Tired of them hiring incompetent and lazy people who don't want to do their job. To add to this mess, they lose packages claim that they were delivered , say they follow up but dont want to be held accountable and i still dont have my package or the $ i paid for it. They want company where i made purchase to make good on it!!! Disgusting and disgraceful that they will not take responsibility for something they did!!! Ive had it..I go to other towns now out of my way instead to do my postal business. Never in my life have I ever experienced this from any other Post Office. Kresgeville is amazing, and even Albrightsville!!
