Very pleasant experience! The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and helpful! He answered any questions I had with no hesitation! Great customer service!

Whoever runs this post office needs to talk to the gentleman that is behind the counter, he was so rude to me and my elderly grandmother making rude comments, smirking, making faces, he made us feel very uncomfortable, he did not want to help out with anything we asked, I think whoever runs this place needs to read these reviews and talk to this guy. He should not be working at a post office and helping the public!

As a previous reviews mentioned the guy that answers the phone or works the front desk is very rude not very helpful and he seems to come off as your issue doesn’t mean anything to him and he doesn’t want to even look into it.

Went in here on today, in the height of the busy holiday season, and everything went very smoothly. The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Very pleased with this location.

I have to admit, I'm not overly fond of this location. The guy that is usually at the desk comes off rude and standoffish. Slight attitude and comes across as he doesn't want to be bothered. Maybe he's the type that if you know him he isn't a bad guy, but I'm generally not too happy when I have to deal with him. Post office box hours seem to have changed, though the website still reflects seven. I find that the door locks and the light goes out at 6pm which is inconvenient. If I was staying in the area longer than May, I'd consider changing the location of my box to the Olyphant Post Office as I really don't care for this location. Parking can be quite a pain as the parking lot really only has room for 3-4 cars and out front can get pretty busy with traffic.
