We hated going inside the building! Today I have only positive experiences with the Jersey Shore Post Office. Notifications are received, packages are delivered in a timely manner, and staff is always courteous and helpful. I do believe that my particular carriers are excellent and do their jobs well.

But when we go to the post office to retrieve, we were told that the package had not yet been delivered to the post office yet. This makes no sense to us. Very frustrating and confusing! When offered alternative delivery options, we go with FedEx or UPS.... These services seem much more interested in actually delivering items, and with much less bureaucracy / paperwork.
