- SYSoYoung YouJul 4, 20251.0In order for this place to operate, its own manager needs to be well-educated. The employee I met at the front desk was named Eric, and he was an Asian American. Eric didn't even learn the basics of customer service. Of all the post office employees I've met, Eric was the most unfriendly, and he seemed to be annoyed by things that customers didn't know, rather than trying to help them. Also, when there were three customers waiting, he left the seat and only treated customers he was close to, so I felt like I needed to retrain my employees to be able to serve customers like this.
