- OCO CoopSep 29, 20251.0Clean and convenient store. HOWEVER, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Today an older lady in her 80’s was trying to send off a package. She did not realize that the shipper who she was returning to emailed her a return shipping label. He did not help her and give her directions or assistance on how to find this label in her phone’s email. Instead he goes into a spill about how he has nothing to do with that and that all they (UPS) does is ship the item. This went on over five minutes holding up the line. Would it have been so hard to take the time to show someone in their 80’s, what they should be looking for in their email and how to do it? Next issue, if a customer comes to the store with a 2nd day air label printed without a box, why can’t you give the customer the box themselves so that they can box it up themselves? I Instead, you want us to leave the package that needs to be shipped so that an employee can box it up? Why? Wouldn’t it be easier just to give the customer the box so that they can box it? Instead I was told customers are not allowed to box in store nor are we allowed to watch our items be boxed. So, I asked for a few boxes so that in the future I could box at home and was told you do not give out 2nd day air boxes.
