They are under staff and the locals like to chat with them which makes the wait even longer. This is not the post office to go if you plan to go in, drop-off, and walk out. Prepare to wait in line for 15 mins for anything.

USPS needs to give these folks additional hours for another person to manage passport appointments. There are obvious delays even if you have an appt. that is not the fault of the employees, often it's a lack of hours provided from HQ.
